Withdrawal via bank transfer

To withdraw funds via bank transfer, you must:

1. Go to the "Wallets" section, select the required currency, click the "Withdrawal" button and then select the "Bank transfer" method.
2. After clicking the "Next" button, fill in:

• IBAN - the recipient's current account in a common format;
• BIC - the recipient's bank code;
• long-term transfer.

3. Click the "Generate" button, copy the received code, enter it in the request field and click "Withdraw". When withdrawing saved details, you do not need to reduce the OTP code. NOTES:

• when withdrawing funds, the number of commissions for withdrawal is calculated in accordance with the established rates and the final amount (taking into account the transfer amount), which will be written from the wallet.
• details of the result request are provided in the "Wallets" section at the bottom of the page.
• withdrawal requests sent via bank transfer are processed within 3 banking days.
