How is verification process proceed?

Verification on TRADEX takes place by submitting your application form in electronic format through the platform and must contain the following information: Residence country

In accordance with the requirements of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), we do not enter into agreements with citizens of countries that are blacklisted: the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Citizens of the countries that are classified by the FATF as “grey list” are under enhanced monitoring with measures aimed at minimizing risks after entering into a user agreement: Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Croatia, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Jamaica, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Turkey, Vietnam, Yemen.

  • Full name in Cyrillic and Latin transcriptions
  • Date and place of birth, place of residence
  • Identity number, identification document number and its date of expiry
  • Identification document photo
  • Your photo selfie with the document in hand and a paper sheet with TRADEX and the current date written on it

It will take you no more than five minutes to submit your application form. You will receive a message about the successful completion of the procedure to the e-mail specified during registration. If the information you provide in your application is insufficient, our platform specialists will contact you for clarification or with a request for additional information.

One of the most important steps in the verification process is the successful completion of a basic knowledge test on cryptocurrencies and digital token trading. Passing the test allows you to confirm your proficiency level to participate in cryptocurrency trading. Otherwise, you will be asked to take the test again.
