For additional control and protection of your personal data and cryptoassets, we recommend to follow the guidelines:

• We recommend to store cryptoassets not used in exchange transactions in offline wallets with private keys
• We recommend not to access TRADEX crypto exchange from devices with unofficial firmware and/or operating system version.
• Use only secure access points. Try to avoid open and public Wi-Fi networks
• Always check whether the TRADEX crypto exchange URL is correct. Try to avoid following a link or use a link from a trusted source
• Keep updated your devices and browsers through which you access the crypto exchange
• Do not open links, files or applications received from an unreliable source or from suspicious persons
• Do not disclose your confidential account information
